WNDR was founded on the long-time friendship of partners Hitesh Neb & Erik van der Putten. Built on a shared technical expertise, Erik’s passion for the outdoors and nature is balanced by Hitesh’s passion for urbanscapes and the city. They unite their distinct passions through architecture, a desire to design beautiful things and a passion for creating a sustainable future.

Erik van der Putten

Erik has diverse project experience and has been involved in a range of projects in architecture, development and the construction industry. He specializes in developing multi-family residential projects including townhomes, low-rise wood frame, high-rise concrete and mixed-use buildings. He holds a Master of Architecture Degree and has won multiple awards during his career.
Nathan Stolarz

Nathan is a visionary architect practicing urban design, planning, and architecture across the United States and British Columbia. His extensive expertise has focused on large multi-family, mixed-use, and hospitality projects. What truly distinguishes Nathan is his eagerness to tackle complex design challenges. With each endeavor, he strives to create meaningful contributions that positively impact communities.
Hitesh Neb
B.Arch.Sci | Partner
Hitesh has developed extensive architecture and development experience working throughout the lower mainland. His work has been published in the Vancouver Sun, Dwell and featured on sites such as Architizer. He is a member of the Architectural Foundation of BC and has formerly taught Architectural Design Studio at Vancouver College of Art & Design.
